Menu rates are quoted on an individual basis based on numbers, menu selection, destination and other requirements particular to your shoot. Just give us a call or complete the enquiry form and we’ll get back to you with an outline cost for everything and help you plan within your budget.

We do not apply extra charges for weekends, evening or early starts. Charges for night shoots, extremely early starts and holidays are negotiable.

Travel

A charge of 60p per mile is payable for each way travel. This charge includes a support vehicle. If further vehicles are required then further mileage fee for each will be chargeable.

Accommodation

A charge of £50 - £65 per room per person, per night is payable when overnight accommodation is required.

Extra Hours – After 10 Hours

A charge of £12 per hour, per person is payable for staff members who are required to work in excess of 10 hours per day including travelling time.

LPG Gas

A charge of £20 is payable for each 19KG gas canister used during your event.

Generator

Where required we can supply a generator at cost plus fuel running costs.

Supply of Extra Cold Drinks

- 500ml mineral water 50p
- 1.5 Litre mineral water £1.50
- 1 Litre fruit Juice £2
- 330ml Soft drinks (cans) £1

Any other services or hire requirements can be arranged and charged as specified in your personal quotation.

All charges are quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added to the final account at the rate of 15%.
